Where can I see the candles before purchasing?
Currently we have our candles displayed in Tangles Tan Salon in Versova (Mumbai). That is our only official retail store at the moment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We carefully craft each candle by hand, which is why we allow 5-7 business days for your order to be lovingly prepared and shipped. During peak seasons, we may need a bit of extra time to ensure every detail meets our exacting standards. We promise it's worth the wait.
How will I know my order has been confirmed?
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase is complete. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email or WhatsApp—we're here to help and would love to hear from you.
Why is my candle producing smoke/soot?
To prevent smoke and soot production, it's essential to trim the candle wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn. An untrimmed or overly long wick causes the candle to overheat, which accelerates scent evaporation and creates unwanted smoke and soot. This simple maintenance step takes just moments and significantly enhances your candle's performance and longevity.
Why is my candle burning unevenly?
Candles have a beautiful memory—they remember how they were first burned. To ensure an even, luxurious burn throughout the life of your candle, we recommend allowing the wax to melt completely across the surface during the first burn. This simple step will help you enjoy every precious moment of your Aura Chandelle experience.
