  1. Unboxing Requirement: To qualify for a replacement in case of damage, we kindly ask that you take a video while unboxing your candle.
    This video will serve as proof in the event of breakage or damage during transport.

  2. Damaged in Transport: If your candle arrives damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement once we have reviewed the unboxing video and confirmed the breakage.

  3. No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than breakage during transport. All sales are final. Please ensure that you follow our Candle Care Instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your candle.
